Depending on seasons and availabilities, we can offer different types of cold cuts such as follows:
Pinè Bacon, Pinè Lard, Parma Ham Gram Riserva, Venetian Sopressa with garlic (very tasty sausage from Veneto Region), Pinè Speck Ham, Aged Veronese Stortina Slow Food certiied (typical sausage from Southern Verona area).
Maso Prener cheese, an alpine hut cheese (Sloow Food certified) made with Grey Alpine cattle raw milk.
Depending on seasons, all our home-made jams are made by Elisa’s creativity.
